Man Filmed Sexual Encounter With Teen, Sent It Out, PWC Police Say An 18-year-old man was arrested for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl and recording part of it, before sending it to at least one other person, authorities in Prince William County said. Dominque Allen Sequeria-Carter, of Woodbridge, met up with the girl at a Woodbridge home sometime between Jan. 2 and 5, 2023, PWC police said.
