Jomarice Evans Charged For String Of Robberies In Virginia An adult and three minors have been arrested in Fairfax County after a series of thefts at Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (ABC) stores across the region, police say. Since March, investigators from the Fairfax County of the Police Department have been probing a crew who have been targeting more than a dozen stores, stealing more than $72,000 in merchandise during their crime spree.
