Reckless Driver Leads 100 MPH Pursuit, Nearly Hits Deputy Head-On In Stafford: Sheriff A 23-year-old Fredericksburg driver was being held without bond after leading a police pursuit at more than twice the speed limit through Stafford, authorities said. Jhonattan Varela Rangel was spotted going faster than the traffic around his Dodge Charger around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, south on Warrenton Road near Olde Forge Drive, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
