$5K Reward Offered In Hit-Run Crash That Killed Virginia Mom Police have announced a $5,000 reward in a hit-and-run crash last month that killed a Woodbridge mom. Carla "Casey" Andrea Mejia was struck by an SUV while walking in the westbound lane of Minnieville Road in Woodbridge wearing all dark clothing around 11:35 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, Prince William County police said. Police say that the vehicle is believed to have been a 2009-2012 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV or 2009-2013 Kia Sorento SUV, silver or light in color, with possible damage to the front, wheel well, and/or undercarriage areas. 27-Year-Old Woman Struck, Killed By Hit-Run Car In Northern Virginia A 27-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car late Saturday, Feb. 24 in Prince William County. Carla Andrea Mejia was walking in the westbound lane of Minnieville Road in Woodbridge wearing all dark clothing when she was struck around 11:35 p.m., Prince William County police said. The striking vehicle did not stop at the scene near Bobcat Court, police said. Fire and rescue personnel responded, where Mejia was pronounced dead.  The vehicle is believed to be an unknown model Hyundai.
