Woman Escapes Rapist From Internet Who Pushed Her Down Stairs: Fairfax County PD A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a Fairfax County rape of a woman he'd met online, authorities said. Yeudy Saul Chavez Sandoval, of Kingstowne, lured the victim into an apartment on the 6000 block of Alexandria Avenue in Fort Hunt around 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28, then pushed her down the stairs, county police said. The woman suffered serious injuries and was then raped by Sandoval, before escaping and calling 911, police said.
