Warrants Issued For Man Wanted After Breaking Into Trump Campaign HQ In Virginia, Police Say The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has identified a 39-year-old man with a criminal history who is wanted in connection to the burglary of a campaign headquarters for former President Donald Trump over the weekend. Warrants have been issued for Toby Shane Kessler, who has no fixed address, for burglary and other offenses after breaking into the presidential hopeful's Virginia headquarters.
