A 66-year-old Herndon man who was caught during an undercover sting operation preying on who he believed was a minor online in Loudoun County has been sentenced. Julio Camajuare Cisneros avoided the maximum sentence following an investigation into his activities online when he solicited a teenager he knew was underage, according to the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney. The Virginia man who inappropriately touched a child and took her photo inside a Fairfax County store is facing a host of fresh charges, according to police. Reston resident Arturo Elmore-Adon, an independent contractor working for various elementary after-school programs between September 2022 and May 2023, is accused of unlawfully filming victims while inside school buildings, authorities announced.
