Shortly after 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 15, first responders were called to the area of Catoctin Circle SE and South King Street, where there were multiple reports of a pedestrian who was struck by a Ford pick-up truck. Late on Saturday night, Upper Marlboro native Journee Moore was the subject of an emergency call in Northwest DC after going into cardiac arrest.
