A woman described as "kind and funny" was found dead at a motel, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Nov. 13. Tiffany Kay Judge, 35, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, was found dead in a room at Valley Lodge Motel on Monday, according to a release by the state police. A 21-year-old motorcyclist killed last month by a DWI driver from Pennsylvania died doing what he loved, according to his obituary.
