Drug Buyer Attacks Detectives, Out-Of-Town Dealer Caught With Loaded Gun: Passaic Sheriff
A 50-year-old man who was busted buying drugs from a Little Ferry driver in Paterson fought with Passaic County sheriff's officers before he was subdued, authorities said.
The dealer who sold him the drugs, they said, is an ex-con who had a gun in his car.
Both are now facing serious charges.
Working from a tip, Bureau of Narcotics detectives watched as Andre Morales, 36, sold some drugs to Luis Santos, 50, near the corner of Marshal and Slater streets from his 2012 Chevy Cruze, Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik said.

Authorities in Delaware County have arrested a couple accused of drug dealing and seized cocaine, pot, and guns.
Jamal Rose, 30, and his wife, DaShonna Rose, 30, both of Glenolden, were arrested on several drug-dealing charges, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer announced Thursday, March 17.
Jamal Rose was additionally charged with a felony firearms offense.

A suspected drug dealer was arrested Friday on accusations he trafficked heroin, fentanyl, and other drugs in Reading, authorities said.
Members of the Berks County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force initiated an investigation in the 200 block of North 4th Street in August 2021, according to Chief County Detective Michael Gombar.
