John Redinger, 62, of Ramsey, was struck by Train No. 56 on the Port Jervis Line east of the Ramsey station around 9:15 a.m., NJ Transit spokesman Kyalo Mulumba said. Authorities confirmed a Wednesday morning commuter train fatality in Ramsey.
