Student Brings Gun To Middle School Prompting Lockdown In Prince George's
A Fort Washington Middle School was placed on lockdown when a student brought a gun to school on Tuesday, June 21, authorities said. The Isaac J. Gourdine Middle School student, 13, showed the non-serialized ghost gun to a peer who reported it around 8:15 a.m., Prince George's Count Police said. The gun was recovered from the student's waistband. Charges were pending. The weapon was recovered and no injuries were reported. The incident is currently under investigation.
