Five New Jersey restaurants were named to this year's OpenTable list of the best 100 best in the U.S.
The popular restaurant reservation and review website culminated the list based on 12 million reviews from customers and dining metrics, the website said.
OpenTable also considered diner ratings, percentage of reservations made in advance, and five-star reviews, it said.

'Out Of This World': New Restaurant In Capital Region Cited For 'Enchanting' Ambiance
A new Japanese restaurant is delighting diners just days after holding its grand opening in the region.
Saratoga County eatery Haru Japanese Steak House, located in Saratoga Springs at 15 Old Gick Road, opened Thursday, Oct. 19.
The site was previously home to a Golden Corral.
Under the direction of owner Tehen Yu, the restaurant offers a wide selection of Japanese fare, including sushi, teriyaki, and udon bowls.
