A Harrisburg man is accused of assaulting a hotel guest, staff, and officers during a violent outburst at the Ramada Inn, police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 14.
Aqudre Quailes, 27, was arrested after Lower Paxton Township police were dispatched to the hotel on North Mountain Road for reports of a man physically attacking people, including two innocent bystanders on Monday, Jan. 13.

A New York man has been arrested and charged in a double shooting at New Jersey at a Fairfield hotel last week, authorities announced.
Tyrone Malcolm, 39, of Middletown, NY, has been charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Mohammed Sahariar, which also left his co-worker with critical injuries, according to Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Fairfield Police Chief Anthony Manna.

Pedestrian, 60, Struck, Killed Near 'Spaghetti Bowl' In Wayne
A pedestrian was struck and killed Wednesday night near the Wayne “spaghetti bowl,” authorities confirmed.
John Baranski, 60, of Endicott, NY was struck by a 1998 Honda Passport in front of the Ramada Inn on eastbound Route 46 -- near the interchange with Routes 80 and 23 -- shortly before 10 p.m., they said.
He died a little over a half-hour later, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Wayne Police Chief Jack McNiff said in a joint release Thursday.
