Emily Price of Durham, NC, was named as the victim of the crash, an Amtrak spokesperson said on Monday, Nov. 18. The 43-year-old was struck between Jersey Avenue and Princeton Junction at around 9:35 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11. None of the 110 customers and crew members on the train were injured. At 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Edinburg, or 7 miles east of Trenton, moving east at 45 mph, the NWS said. Locations impacted include Hightstown, Cranbury, Roosevelt, Mercerville-Hamilton Square, Edinburg, Windsor, Twin Rivers, Clearbrook Park, Princeton Junction and Concordia.  People in those areas were advised to seek cover.
