Driver Killed In Wrong-Way, Head-On I-695 Crash In Baltimore County, State Police Say
One person was killed by an allegedly intoxicated driver on I-695 in a wrong-way crash in Baltimore County on Thursday morning, state police say.
Hyattsville resident John Quame De Love, 64, has been identified by investigators as the person killed in a crash involving Liluram Paudel, 34, who was reportedly driving east in the westbound lanes of the interstate.
The crash was reported at around 2:40 a.m. on Aug. 1 near Stevenson Road.

James Leo Haven, 49, Of Cherry Hill Had 'Undeniable Humor, Ability To Debate Anything'
James “Jim” Leo Haven, of Cherry Hill, died on Feb. 3, according to an obituary published by Murray-Paradee Funeral Home. He was 49 years old.
"His undeniable humor, silly antics, one-liners, ability to debate anything, love of film and sports will always be remembered and greatly missed," his obituary said.
Jim is survived by his fiancee, Dama Thompson, of Cherry Hill; his mother, Judy Haven of Roanoke, VA; and his sisters Julie Rye (Dewayne) of Nottingham, MD, Jamie Christ of Whiteford, MD, and Joanna Haven of Hardy, VA.

Airman Killed Changing Tire On I-295 In Virginia
A 20-year-old airman was killed when he was struck by a vehicle while changing a tire on Interstate 295 in Virginia early this week, authorities said.
Makai Cummings' body was found on the roadway in Hanover County just after 2 a.m. Monday, May 8, Virginia State Police said in a news release.
The vehicle that struck him fled the scene, authorities said.
