State Trooper's Cruiser Crashes In South Jersey A New Jersey State trooper escaped serious injury when his cruiser crashed in South Jersey, authorities said. The crash occurred at 12:39 p.m. on Thursday, March 3 on Route 45 south near Acton Station Road in Mannington Township, a State Police spokesman said.  There was a collision between the State Police troop car and a Ford Expedition.  The trooper was taken to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and later released, the spokesman said. The driver of the Expedition sustained minor injuries. The accident is currently under investigation.

Donelle Miles, 50, of Plainsboro, was struck on the southbound side of the highway near Raymond Road in South Brunswick around 5:55 a.m. Nov. 11, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. Miles was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is active and continuing. Noel Rosado of Allentown, who turned 50 on Friday, was taken to Helene Fuld Medical Center, New Jersey State Trooper Alejandro Goez said. Rosado was driving a Lexus RC 350 about 9:50 p.m. on Thursday when he ran off of I-195 and into the righthand guardrail, Goez said. The Lexus crossed back over all the lanes near mile-marker 6.9 and ran into a concrete barrier, Goez said. The cause of the crash has not been determined, he said.
