Going Once: Hotel In Poughkeepsie To Be Sold At Auction After several years of being operated by a management company, a popular, well-appointed hotel in the region is being auctioned next month. According to Ten-X, the 121-room Holiday Inn Express in Dutchess County on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie will be auctioned on Wednesday, Nov. 20. The company-owned property was originally put up for sale in 2020, but it was pulled due to the pandemic and market plunges.  Ten-X says the property is offered unencumbered by management and debt.
