Brooklyn Man Had $1600 In Counterfeit Cash: Denville PD
A Brooklyn man was arrested and charged in Denville on Wednesday, July 3, for having counterfeit money, police said.
Officers responded to a business on Broadway on a report of a man, Marquise Fleming, 31, attempting to make a purchase with a fraudulent $100 bill, Denville police said in a release. Fleming fled from officers but was apprehended following a foot chase, police said.
While searching him, police found him in possession of 16 fraudulent $100 bills, officers said. Fleming was charged with eluding, uttering a forged document and driving with a suspended license, police said.

Armed Man Arrested After Foot Chase In Atlantic City: Police
An armed man was arrested by Atlantic City police after a foot chase, authorities said.
On Sunday, July 2, at 9:30 p.m., Detective Christopher Dodson received information regarding a man in the beach block of California Avenue that was in possession of a handgun.
Dodson, along with Detectives Aaron Jones and Eric Evans, and Officer Brandon Bower, located Quadry Wise, police said.
As detectives approached to investigate, Wise began to run, police said.
As he attempted to jump a fence, he was apprehended and taken into custody without further incident.

Man Who Threw Gun, Drugs While Fleeing Police On Long Island Convicted
A Long Island man has been convicted of possessing a loaded illegal loaded gun and drugs after a noise complaint turned into a foot chase, authorities said.
Joe Nunez, aged 34, of Copiague, was found guilty by jury trial of felony charges that originated from an unrelated noise complaint, the Suffolk County District Attorney announced.
According to the trial, on August 14, 2022, police responded to noise complaints near Campagnoli Avenue.
After wrapping up addressing the complaints, Nunez was seen by police driving an unregistered dirt bike.

Stafford County police observed the vehicle in the parking lot near the Burger King on Garrisonville Road on the afternoon of Thursday, March 16, after the vehicle was reported stolen over the weekend, according to officials.

A Chester County man with 2,247 grams of marijuana and $22,000 in cash was taken into custody after leading police officers on a lengthy foot pursuit last week, authorities said.
Chester officers executed a search warrant at 230 Meade St., just as Jacquell Stovall was walking outside to a black Ford Taurus parked nearby, around 8:40 a.m, Commissioner Steven Gretsky said.

A man who jumped through a window, sending glass flying, and running from police, was nabbed with drugs following a foot chase.
Jose A. Ramos, 31, of Hartford, was arrested on numerous charged Friday around 7:30 p.m., Friday, by Danbury Police, said the Danbury Police Department.
The incident began around 7:10 p.m. when Danbury officers were conducting an investigation on Spring Street regarding a violent crime that occurred earlier in the week.
