IDs, Ages Released For 17 Killed In NYC Apartment Fire
The final list of names of those who perished in a massive fire in a New York City apartment building that claimed the lives of 17 people, has been released. The names of the last three victims were released by the NYPD Wednesday, Jan. 12. The youngest was 2 years old. The victims ranged in age from 2 to 50 years old. Majia Horner wasn't a bad kid, her mom Jennifer Horner says: "She just made a bad choice." The 15-year-old Newark girl was driving a stolen Jeep that crossed a double-yellow line and struck a westbound Acura RDX in Princeton earlier this month, according to her mom and local police. A Maryland Assistant Attorney General died in a motorcycle crash in York County on Sunday. Patrick “Pat” Henry McCormally, 41, of the 5000 of Ridgedale Road Baltimore, Maryland, died at WellSpan York Hospital at 3:46 p.m., according to the York County coroner’s office. Man's Body Found At Dangerous Trenton Intersection, Police Say
A man's body was found on Route 129 in Trenton, authorities said. The victim, identified as 35-year-old Celso Rivera, suffered fatal injuries from being struck by a vehicle at Lalor Street, Trenton police spokesman Lt. Gaetano Ponticiello told NJ Advance Media. A worker was killed in an accident at a Long Island construction site. The incident happened around 3:25 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15 in Glenwood Landing. Nassau County Police officers responded to a 911 call at 165 Shore Road, where a man was found lying unresponsive on the ground and bleeding from his head. Man, 85, Dies 5 Days After Crash In York
A three vehicle crash became fatal after an 85-year-old man died at WellSpan hospital, according to the York County coroner. Edward Reed, of the 300 block of Clark's Way York Township, died five days after he was seriously injured in a three vehicle crash in Springettsbury Township. The crash occurred at Locust Grove Road and Eastern Boulevard around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25. He was pronounced dead at 4:45 a.m.on Sunday, May 30. Reed's death has been ruled an accident. A 46-year-old woman from Burlington was killed early Saturday when she was struck by a driver who fled the scene, authorities said.
