A small plane experiencing possible brake failure taxied into a line service building at the main terminal of Teterboro Airport in New Jersey on Thursday night, Sept. 19, federal officials said. Police have identified the pilot killed in a Fauquier County plane crash over the weekend. Simmie A. Adams, 62, of Bealeton, was trying to land a single-engine plane when the plane collided with several trees around 3:55 p.m. near Midland Road and Ebenezer Church Road, Virginia State Police said.
