EMT Among 3 Injured In Fatal 2-Vehicle Crash: York County Coroner A 61-year-old woman has died in a two-crash, the York County Coroner's office announced late Saturday night, Aug. 3.  The crash happened in the area of Mt. Airy Rd. and Buchanan Avenue in Shrewsbury Township at 6:15 p.m., as detailed in the release.  She struck a vehicle with two people inside who suffered injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital. The North Haven Fire Department made the announcement on Friday, Aug. 25, that Firefighter EMT Anthony Desimone, age 50, had just completed the shift around 6 p.m. when he suffered a medical emergency as he arrived home. Garandeau was traveling in the wrong direction on the parkway when he hit another car head-on driven by Brendan Seabrook, 27, of Pennsylvania, who was also killed, said state police.
