Tracking Process Underway For First Putnam County Patients Quarantined With Covid-19 Tracking is underway for the first two Putnam County patients diagnosed for testing positive for the novel strain of the coronavirus,  the Putnam County Department of Health said in a statement early Sunday evening, March 15.  Under the tracking process, health officials determine who the patients had contact with recently, where they work and where they visited.
