Ronkonkoma Man Admits To Double-Fatal Shooting At Selden Residence
A Long Island man is facing decades in prison after admitting to fatally shooting two people inside a home.
Brian Cordovano, age 50, of Ronkonkoma and formerly of Bay Shore, was arrested following a traffic stop in Smithtown, on Columbus Avenue, just before noontime on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023.
On Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at around 10:45 p.m. in Selden at 55 Hollywood Ave., Ian Saalfield, age 45, of Lake Grove, who had been reported missing by his wife nearly two weeks earlier, and the homeowner, Robert Julian, age 58, were found shot to death, Suffolk County Police said.

A New Jersey man has been charged after presenting falsified bank statements in a Hudson Valley court and testifying they were real, authorities said.
James Wolff, 50, of Teaneck, NJ, was arraigned on Monday, Sept. 30, Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh II announced on Thursday, Oct. 3.
According to the district attorney, in June, an investigation found that Wolff knowingly possessed and submitted falsified bank statements to the Rockland County Surrogate’s Court and testified, under oath, to their validity.

Village Of Chester Man Admits Being Major Drug Trafficker, DA Says
A Hudson Valley man has pleaded guilty to operating as a major drug trafficker and faces years in prison.
Orange County resident Antonio Bucci, age 29, of Chester, entered the plea on Tuesday, Sept. 10, according to Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler.
Hoovler said Bucci's admission comes after a year-long investigation by the New York State Police, the Orange County Drug Task Force, the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
