PA Native Dies 20 Days After Crash With Parked Cars, Utility Pole: Lehigh Coroner
A St. Clair man was killed in a crash that left several cars and a utility pole damaged, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office announced on Sunday, Aug. 24.
Patrick J. Davie, 74, was pronounced dead at 12:47 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22, at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest, according to Coroner Daniel Buglio. His cause of death was listed as blunt force trauma from the crash, and his manner of death was ruled accidental.

An 81-year-old Avalon man died on Monday, Aug. 18, days after a crash in Atlantic County, authorities said.
On Tuesday, Aug. 12, at 1:34 p.m., officers responded to a crash on County Road 557 North in Estelle Manor City after a Lexus crossed the center line into the northbound lane and collided head-on with the Toyota, Christopher Postorino, a spokesman with the New Jersey State Police said.
Richard Pedroni, the driver of the Lexus, sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital where he died six days later, Postorino said.
