Obie sure could use some St. Paddy's Day luck. The two-year-old pup was found alone on the front porch of an abandoned property at the beginning a February, according to the Baltimore Animal Rescue League and Care Shelter (BARCS). The Rockland County District Attorney's office has executed a search warrant at Hi-Tor Animal Shelter. The warrant search began around 8 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 4, at the shelter located in Pomona. Rockland Legislature Approves Funding For New Animal Shelter
ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Rockland is getting a new animal shelter. County legislators authorized financing for a new animal shelter to house homeless, abandoned and found animals.
