Woman Shot In PA Turnpike Road Rage Incident: Police A woman is in the hospital after being shot in the abdomen during a road rage incident on Sunday, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police. Andrew Michael Skinner, 30, shot another driver after her vehicle drifted into his lane of traffic, cutting him off along Interstate 76 East near the New Stanton Toll booth, on Sunday afternoon, according to state police.
