COVID Vaccine Eligibility In Pennsylvania Expands To 16 And Older In April Authorities on Wednesday announced that Pennsylvanians 16 and older will be able to get the COVID-19 vaccine towards the end of April. The state is speeding up its inoculation efforts by expanding the rollout in phases. The state’s 1B group will be eligible April 5, the 1C group will be eligible April 12, while people 16 or older will be able to get vaccinated starting April 19, according to the Department of Health.
