Winning PA Lottery Tickets Sold At Hanover Sheetz, Easton Two winning tickets have been sold for the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle, the Pennsylvania Lottery announced on Monday, Dec. 11.  Both tickets won $50,000 as part of the fourth weekly drawing in the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle.  The winning numbers were 00171712 and 00172879. The tickets were sold at Sheetzlocated at 1191 Carlisle Street in Hanover, York County; and Friendly Food Mart located at 4209 William Penn Highway in Easton, Northampton County.
