Ashely Adams was last seen in the West Broadway area of Red Lion Borough around 3:30 p.m.
Police believe Adams is at special risk for harm.
Anyone with information on Adams’ whereabouts is asked to call police immediately by calling 911 or calling the PSP barracks in. York at 717-428-1011.
