Chesco Man Gropes Woman At West Chester Bar, Say Police A Chester County man is charged with indecent assault after police say he groped a woman at a West Chester bar.  Officers were dispatched to the 50 block of West Gay Street just after 1 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 13 for a reported disturbance inside of a bar, West Chester police said in a statement.  Investigators determined that 28-year-old Jacob Robinette of Thorndale had inappropriately touched a woman at the bar, authorities said.  Robinette then assaulted another patron who confronted him about the groping, police believe.  The 28-year-old was arrested at the scene, boo…

Man Struck, Killed By Minivan While Walking Through Food Store Parking Lot In ChesCo: PD A 76-year-old man was struck and killed by a minivan in the parking lot of a grocery store in Chester County, authorities said. Nicholas Busillo was walking through the Giant Food store parking lot on Lincoln Highway in Thorndale when the 66-year-old Dodge Caravan driver hit him around 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, according to Caln Township police. The Coatesville man was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. PA Dad Who Left Gun Unsecured Charged With 3-Year-Old Son's Shooting A Pennsylvania dad who was not in the car when his three-year-old son found an unsecured gun and accidentally shot himself has been charged for his role in the shooting, authorities said. Jameer Walker, 24, surrendered to Caln Township police soon after the July incident and is charged with endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment, and carrying a firearm without a license, according to Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan.
