NJ Horse Shot To Death In PA, State Police Say A horse that belongs to a nonprofit organization in New Jersey was found shot to death in Pennsylvania, according to a release by the Pennsylvania State Police on Monday, May 1, 2023.  The horse belonged to Standardbred Retirement Foundation located in Cream Ridge, NJ.
