Where In The World Is Danelo Cavalcante? Nearly a week after convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante slipped past security at the Chester County Prison, authorities are struggling to find him.  In an afternoon press conference on Wednesday, Sept. 6, state and county officials said the search perimeter has been expanded again after the convicted 34-year-old killer was spotted along Chandler Road in Pennsbury Township on Tuesday night.  Authorities also divulged new details in Cavalcante's escape on Thursday, Aug. 31.
