Trooper Struck After High-Speed Crash On I-95: PA State Police A state police vehicle was involved in a crash on Interstate 95 early on Thursday, May 2, according to troopers.  It happened in the southbound lanes near mile marker 6.2 in Chester, police wrote in a report.
