Shane McCracken, 39, of Lancaster, was spotted by an officer with the Quarryville police department who was on patrol near the Turkey Hill located at 265 West State Street Quarryville on Dec. 30 around 8:30 p.m., according to a release by police. The officer looked up the vehicle's license plate and learned it was stolen.
