Murder: PSP Troopers have issued an arrest warrant in a Monroe County homicide.   Matthew "Stax" Morales is sought in connection with a deadly shooting at the My Place Bar and Grill in Middle Smithfield, according to state police.  Authorities were called to the 5138 Milford Road bar just before 11 p.m. on Friday, May 24. Bucks Coroner IDs Bicyclist Killed In Labor Day Crash Authorities have identified the man hit and killed on New Falls Road in Levittown on Monday, Sept. 4, as 64-year-old Francisco Chavarria of Bristol.  Chavarria died from multiple injuries, said the Bucks County Coroner's Office. The manner of death was ruled accidental.  It happened near the intersection with Vermillion Drive, Falls Township police previously said. A 33-year-old Hazleton man operating a Subaru WRX and 28-year-old Brooklyn woman driving a 2018 Nissan Rogue were pronounced dead at the scene the 6:30 p.m. incident at Routes 611 and 715 on Sunday, Dec. 4, township police said.
