Man Struck, Killed By Train In Morris County
A man was killed after being struck by a train in Morris County Thursday night, authorities said. The man was fatally struck by the Morris and Essex Line Train #674 near Morristown Station around 8:45 p.m., an NJ Transit spokesperson told DailyVoice.com. A man was taken to the hospital after being struck by a train in Morris County Sunday night, authorities said. The man was struck by the Morris & Essex train 6933 at the Martin Luther King Avenue Bridge in Morristown around 6:40 p.m., NJ Transit spokesperson Jim Smith told DailyVoice.com. Driver Hospitalized After Train Hits Tractor-Trailer In Morris County
A tractor-trailer driver was hospitalized after the vehicle was struck by a train in Morris County Tuesday morning, authorities confirmed. Morris & Essex Line train 851 hit the trailer at the crossing at the Stanhope Waterloo Valley Road in Mount Olive around 11:20 a.m., NJ Transit spokesperson Mariluz Garcia-Diaz told DailyVoice.com.
