According to the NJDOT website, it happened in the westbound lanes of the New Jersey side in Logan Township. The bridge was closed into Chester, PA, the DOT said.

The abduction triggered an Amber Alert when the father declined to turn himself in, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said on Thursday, Jan. 5. Ramon B. Rivera, Jr., of Florence Ave. in Vineland, allegedly fled with the child from a Chick-fil-A at the Cumberland Mall on Wednesday evening, the prosecutor said. Philadelphia Man, 56, Killed As SUV Collides With Truck Carrying 42,000 Lbs. Of Sugar: Report A 56-year-old man from Philadelphia was killed after crashing head-on into a tractor-trailer carrying 42,000 pounds of sugar in South Jersey, NJ Advance Media reported.  Hien Dinh Nguyen was driving an SUV east on High Hill Road in Logan Township at about 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 12 when he veered into the oncoming lane, the outlet said, quoting Logan Township Police.
