PA Stepdad Who Watched Porn, Masturbated While Driving Daughter Gets Prison Time
A Chester County stepdad will spend up to five years behind bars for watching pornography and performing sex acts while driving his teen stepdaughter to work, say prosecutors.
Joseph Schell, a 44-year-old Phoenixville resident, was previously convicted of indecent exposure, endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors in January, said District Attorney Deb Ryan in a release.
