Attempted Murder Suspect Captured, Pennsylvania State Police Say A man accused of attempted murder in Delaware County, allegedly stole a car while fleeing — ditching it in Lehigh County — then he supposedly stole another vehicle in Berks County, has been captured in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Jan. 3.  Umar Kimel Presbery, 29 of no known address, was found in a stolen white 2001 Subaru in Harrisburg around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, state troopers explained.  He is accused the stealing the vehicle from Greenwich Township around 5:30 a.m, PSP stated in a previous release.  This was a vehicle…

Know HIM? Police Seek ID For Man Who Fled Northampton County Traffic Stop Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they say fled an attempted traffic stop in Northampton County. The man fled when officers tried to pull him over near the 1600 block of Lehigh Street in Wilson on Tuesday, borough police said.
