Man, 26, Shot Dead In Northeast Philadelphia: Police A "person of interest" is in custody after a deadly shooting in Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday night, March 11, city police told Daily Voice.  Authorities were called to the 900 block of Fanshawe Street at 11:30 p.m. for reports of a person with a weapon, the department said.
