Speeding Pennsylvania Driver, 29, Charged Crash That Killed NJ Grandmother A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. Anwar Parham, 29, of North Wales, PA, was charged with death by auto, driving with a suspended license and assault by auto, MacAulay said. DWI Yardley Driver Kills NJ Motorcyclist: Police A 21-year-old motorcyclist killed last month by a DWI driver from Pennsylvania died doing what he loved, according to his obituary. Jake Schreck, of Allentown (Monmouth County) was killed when he was apparently struck by 47-year-old Ketan Kabaria, of Yardley, PA, around 5:50 p.m. on Friday, March 31 near Route 539 (Old York Road) and Montgomery Way in Robbinsville, police said. Schreck was brought to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital where he was pronounced dead, Robbinsville police said.
