Man Accused Of Stealing $24K From Harrah's Casino In Custody After Short Pursuit, Police Say A Chester County man suspected of stealing $24,000 from Harrah's Casino was taken into police custody after leading officers on a short foot pursuit last month, authorities said. Markile Washington was in the front passenger seat near 11th and Butler Street when officers stopped the 2006 Nissan Maxima on Jan. 30, Commissioner Steven Gretsky said.
