Born in Fountain Hill, Bill attended the Saucon Valley School District, where he was a football and track and field letterman before graduating in 1999, his obituary says. He went to Moravian College and has always loved fishing and boating, as well as hunting. He was a big fan of the San Francisco 49ers and Penn State.
