A routine traffic stop led to two arrests in Bensalem, township police said in a release. Officers stopped a Chevrolet Tahoe for a faulty brake light, a broken mirror, and a suspended registration on Saturday, April 13, authorities said. A 21-year-old Camden City man has been sentenced to 55 years in New Jersey State Prison for killing a Philadelphia man, authorities said. Heavy rainfall is to blame for contaminated gasoline that stranded motorists in Camden, city officials said. The Conoco gas station at 1901 Admiral Wilson Boulevard was ordered to close on Sunday, March 10 after receiving complaints about possible fuel contamination, the city said. More than 50 people were arrested after police broke up a large cockfighting ring in Atlantic County, authorities said. Galloway Township police executed a search warrant at a home on the 300 block of South Bremen Avenue on Saturday, Mar. 9, the department said in a news release.
