Pair Sought For Robbing Elderly Woman At ATM: Bethlehem Police
Authorities are looking for two people who they say conspired to rob an elderly woman in Bethlehem just days before Christmas. It happened on Friday evening, Dec. 22 at the 1107 Butztown Road Bank of America branch, city police claim. Investigators believe the pictured woman "forcibly" robbed a senior in the ATM drive-through line, taking cash and a debit card. Police said she gave the car to the male suspect who used it to withdraw more cash from an ATM inside. Police in Bethlehem are seeking clues while warning locals of a new method used by burglars to target recent banking customers. The Dodge minivan pictured above was parked next to a woman withdrawing cash at Bank of America on Butztown Road in Bethlehem around 11 a.m. on Nov. 18, township police said in a Tuesday release. Bethlehem Police Seek ID For Pair Seen Abandoning Stolen Car After Botched ATM Theft
Bethlehem Police are seeking the public’s help identifying two people caught on surveillance footage attempting to steal an ATM and abandoning a stolen car early Thursday morning. The suspects — pictured above — attempted to break into a drive-up ATM on the east side of Bank of America on Butztown Road just after 6:20 a.m., Bethlehem Police said. The suspects failed and ran from the scene, abandoning a vehicle in the process, police said.
