'Juvenile' Groups Exchange Fire In Shootout On Temple Campus: Authorities (Updated) (Note: this story has been updated to include new information from Philadelphia police.) Temple University police are investigating an apparent shootout between two groups on Campus Wednesday evening, Nov. 8, according to security officials. University police said "two groups of juveniles" near Broad Street and Cecil B.
