A Northampton County man and woman are facing various drug charges after a search of their home turned up cocaine, pot and more, authorities said.

The City of Bethlehem Police Department executed a search warrant Thursday at the Atlantic Street home of Daniel Ortiz and Shantika Briley, authorities said.

The search turned up a “distributable amount” of cocaine and marijuana as well as paraphernalia and cash, police said.

Ortiz and Briley were charged with conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

They were arraigned by Northampton County District Magistrate Matos.

Ortiz was taken to Northampton County Prison after failing to post $100,000 and Briley was taken under $30,000, police said.

Suspected drug activity can be reported to the City of Bethlehem Police Department via the tip line 610-691-6660 or by emailing Bethlehempolice@bethlehempa.gov.
