Delco Fugitive Pelted With Pepper Balls In Virginia Standoff: Police A woman wanted out of Pennsylvania for a weapons violation was arrested after a standoff with Virginia authorities, they said. On Saturday, March 23 around 1:45 a.m., deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office got a tip that Anya Dibiase was at the McDonald's on Wonder Road, Sheriff David Decatur said. Dibiase had been wanted out of Ridley Park, PA for a felony weapons violation, and was noted to be possibly armed and dangerous, the sheriff said.
