Philly Native Found At Central PA Bus Stops ID'd: Coroner (Update) A 49-year-old woman who was found dead in Harrisburg Wednesday morning has been identified by the Dauphin County Coroner's Office. Chandra Burns, originally of Philadelphia (according to her social media) and most recently of Harrisburg City, was found unconscious near the bus stops at Second and Market streets around 7:30 a.m. on March 27, the police detailed.
